Daniel Levy oversaw Spurs' relocation to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in 2019.

US technology mogul the entrepreneur has dismissed submitting an official acquisition offer for Tottenham.

Tottenham had earlier “firmly declined” an unofficial approach from a consortium spearheaded by Earick last month and maintained the organization was not for sale.

However UK takeover and merger rules required that, following an initial approach turned down, Earick's consortium were obligated to present a formal offer by late October or declare they would not do so.

Verification of the determination was issued in a announcement made by Tottenham to the financial markets, stating the club is “ceased to be in an offer period.”

The entrepreneur posted an picture of the release on digital channels, stating: “It was a honor interacting with Spurs and the Lewis family's representatives over the past few weeks.

“I maintain deep admiration for the team, its executives, and its followers, and hope for nothing but success.”

Spurs' leadership thanked the group for its “constructive approach” in discussions and for “honoring the firm stance” of the owners that the organization is unavailable.

Brooklyn Earick is a one-time music presenter who also was employed in space technology for NASA before establishing Redacted RnD, which specializes in tech, communications, sport and leisure.

Earick's proposal was the third approach turned down by the organization's leadership since the abrupt resignation of top executive Levy in last month.

On 8 September, the organization turned down proposals from ex-Newcastle investor the financier's PCP International and a consortium spearheaded by Kennedy and Wing-Fai Ng through Firehawk Holdings.

The former chairman and his family own about thirty percent of Enic Holdings – which has an majority interest in Tottenham.

The executive was the Premier League's longest-serving chairman and is believed to have received over £50 million during his long tenure in the role.

Yet he was also the subject of ongoing dissent by the club's followers, particularly last term as home competition outcomes were disappointing.

Tottenham claimed their initial silverware in 17 years when they overcame United in the May continental decider.
